The Licensing And Control Agency Requests Your Offer For The Processing Of Diatom Samples According To The Surface Water (Lakes And Rivers) Status Monitoring Program, Which Includes The Preparation Of Permanent Preparations, Taxonomic Determination, Data Submission To The Environmental Administrations Diatom Register And Reporting. The Task Is Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tender And In The Linked Method Instructions That Must Be Followed In The Work. The Samples To Be Determined In Accordance With This Agreement Are Listed With The Sampling Locations In The Appendix Of The Request For Tenders, And The Sample Quantities Are Given In The Criteria For The Procurement Object. This Purchase Applies To Samples Taken In 2024 And 2025. The Samples Have Been Taken By The Contract Partners Of The Previous Ely Centers, The Contracts With Which Were Transferred To The Licensing And Control Agency At The Beginning Of 2026. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts, Which Appear In The Following Sections Of The Tender Request.
