The Licensing And Control Agency Requests Your Offer For The Taxonomic Determination And Reporting Of Phytoplankton Samples In Accordance With The Monitoring Program For The Condition Of Surface Waters (Lakes And The Baltic Sea Coast). The Task Is Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tender And In The Linked Method Instructions That Must Be Followed In The Work. According To The Contract, The Samples To Be Determined Are Listed In The Appendix Of The Request For Tender (Sampling Locations And Sample Quantities). This Purchase Applies To Samples Taken In 2024 And 2025. The Contract Partners Of The Ely Centers Have Been Responsible For The Sampling, The Contracts With Which Were Transferred From The Beginning Of 2026 To The Licensing And Control Agency. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts, Which Appear In The Following Sections Of The Tender Request.
