The Procurement Includes:• Hr System And Its Implementation Project• Named Integrations• System Support And Maintenance Services• Additional Work To Be Ordered Separately In Accordance With Novias Needs The Hr System Includes The Modeling And Implementation Of Processes For The Life Cycle Of The Employment Relationship In The System As Well As Reporting Tools. The Hr System Works As Novias Hr Master System. Hrj Works As A Master System For Payroll As Well. The Hr System Must Include At Least The Following Features/Functionalities:• Employee-Specific Personal And Employment Data Of All Novia Personnel And Management Of Changes, E.G. Changes In The Employment Relationship, Organizational Changes And Changes To The Collective Agreement• Personnel Structures And Groups• Management Of The Life Cycle Of The Employment Relationship, E.G. Drawing Up And Concluding Employment Contracts, Managing Parallel Employment Relationships• Managing And Requesting Annual Vacations And Savings Leave, As Well As Other Leaves And Absences In Accordance With Novias Practices And The Collective Agreement• The System Must Be Able To Define Access Rights By Role And User Group• Hr Data Reporting
