If, In The Sole Discretion Of The District, A Quotation Does Not Materially Comply With The Requirements Set Out In This Opportunity And/Or The District Determines That There Is A Material Or Perceived Conflict Of Interest, The Quotation Will Be Disqualified From Further Consideration.
