In The Period 2026–2030, The Municipality Of Breda Will Continue The Movement Towards A Learning And Agile Organization. Team Development Is Not Regarded As An Incidental Intervention, But As A Structural Part Of The Work, Interwoven With Broader Organizational Developments Such As The Flexible, Integral And Future-Oriented (Fit) Programme, Strategic Personnel Development, Leadership Development And The Basic Methods Surrounding Process-Oriented Working. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Contract A Contractor Who Will Make An Additional, Temporary And Transfer-Oriented Contribution To The Further Strengthening Of Internal Craftsmanship, So That Team Development Can Increasingly Be Carried Out Independently And Organization-Wide. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Provide Professional Support That Meets The Development Needs Of (Sub)Teams, Managers And The Internal Organization, In Line With The Principle: “Do It Yourself Where Possible, Hire Where Necessary.” The Contractor Provides Expertise That Is Supplementary And Temporary In Nature, With A Strong Focus On Transfer, Safeguarding And Strengthening Internal Ownership. The Contractor Continuously Seeks Integrality And Coherence With Organization-Wide And Relevant Developments Such As The Organization Development Program Fit, Strategic Personnel Development, The Vision On Learning And Development (Collaborative Development) And Leadership Developments. The Assignment Is Aimed At: - Strengthening The Process-Oriented Basic Working Method Within Team Development, In Which Learning, Reflection And Realization Take Place Cyclically And Close To The Work. - Providing Team Coaching And Guidance For Various Types Of Teams (Regular Teams, Project And Task Teams), Appropriate To The Variation In Team Dynamics, Complexity And Development Phase. - Supporting And Coaching Managers In Their Role As Director Of Learning, Development And Collaboration, Aimed At Increasing Insight Into Team Dynamics And Their Own Leadership Actions. - Strengthening Internal Capacity (Hr, Hr, Internal Team Coaches) Through Knowledge Transfer, Co-Guidance, Train-The-Trainer Approaches And Safeguarding Methodologies. - Realizing A Sustainable Working Method That Leads To A Reduction In External Dependence, With A Growth Path Towards Full Internal Management From 2028.
