The Competition Is Carried Out As An Eu-Wide, Anonymous, Single-Stage Implementation Competition. The Organizers Are Not Public Clients And Are Not Subject To The Federal Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Competition Is The Acquisition Of Architectural Concepts For The Two Construction Areas West And East. Only An Interdisciplinary Team (Consisting Of Two Architectural Offices And One Landscape Architecture Office) Is Eligible To Participate.
