The Procurement Concerns A Framework Agreement For Consultancy Services Within Management Development And Organizational Development. The Procurement Is Carried Out According To The Restricted Tendering Procedure In Accordance With Fosa Section 5-1 First Paragraph. This Is A Two-Phase Procedure That Begins With This Qualification Phase. All Interested Suppliers Have The Opportunity To Submit A Request To Participate In The Competition.
