Tittelås Secondary School. Roof Replacement . Descriptionås Secondary School Has Had Water Leaks Due To Leaky Roofs For Several Years. Ås Municipality Must Therefore Put A New Roof On The Parts Of The School Building Where There Have Been/Are Leaks. The Main Buildings Roof Area Is Estimated At Approx. 1,200 M². The Roof Area Of The Three Extensions Is Estimated To Be Approx. 1,000 M². The Work Includes Repair And Sealing Of All Transition Points Between Roof Surface And Cornice, As Well As Replacement Of Existing Roofing. In The Main Building, The Insulation Is To Be Renewed And The U-Value Improved. Access To The Roof Surfaces Must Be Established And Designed So That Operation And Maintenance Can Be Carried Out In A Safe Manner. Emergency Overflows Must Be Established Where Necessary, And The Roof Must Be Designed With The Correct Fall. On The Main Building, The Roof Surface Must Be Prepared For The Possible Future Retrofitting Of Solar Cells.
