User-Controlled Personal Assistance (Bpa) Service Concession . Descriptiongloppen Municipality Wishes To Enter Into Service Contracts For Bpa With Free User Choice. It Is Therefore Invited To Apply For A License For The Provision Of Bpa Services In The Municipality. The Municipality Will Enter Into A Contract With Up To 4 Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements And Who, According To A Collective Assessment, Are Best Suited To The Task. The Municipality Makes Individual Decisions On The Allocation Of Services, And Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Users Needs Are Met In Line With Current Legislation, As Well As Funding The Services. As Of Today, There Are 6 Individual Users For Whom Gloppen Municipality Has Decided On The Allocation Of Bpa Services. The Scope As Of April 2026 Is 380 Hours Per Week/19,760 Per Year. It Is Clarified That The Municipality Does Not Commit To A Specific Hourly Volume, As This Will Vary According To The Needs Of The Municipality. The Duration Of The Contract Is Four Years, With The Clients Unilateral Right To A One-Year Extension, I.E. A Total Including Option Years 01.06.2026 – 31.05.2031. The Contract Is Automatically Extended If It Is Not Terminated By The Client Within Three Months Before The Option Year Starts.
