Bar Service Concession Contract For Municipal Swimming Pools, Cleaning And Maintenance, Season 2026.The Object Of This Contract Is The Concession Of The Operation Service Of The Bar Located In The Precinct Of The Municipal Swimming Pools Of Prades, During The Summer Season, As Well As The Performance Of Certain Ancillary Services Linked To The Correct Operation And Ordinary Maintenance Of The Facilities. Bar Service Of The Municipal Swimming Pools, Cleaning And Maintenance By Lala Concession Is Awarded At The Risk And Venture Of The Awarding Person, Who Will Fully Assume The Operational Risk Derived From The Exploitation Of The Service, Including The Demand Risk, In Accordance With What Is Established In Article 15 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts. Specifically, The Object Of The Contract Includes: A) Exploitation Of The Bar Service: - The Provision Of The Bar Service Within The Premises Of The Municipal Swimming Pools, Including The Preparation And Sale Of Drinks And Food. - The Economic Management Of The Service, With The Right To Perceive Directly From The Users The Amount Of The Products Consumed. - The Organization Of The Service In Accordance With The Proposal Presented And The Conditions Established In This Document. B) Accessory Services: - The Regular Cleaning And Maintenance In Adequate Hygienic Conditions Of The Facilities Linked To The Bar, As Well As Of The Common Spaces Immediately Related To Its Activity (Terrace, Toilets And Dressing Rooms Of The Premises). - The Basic Maintenance And Ordinary Conservation Of The Spaces Object Of The Concession, With The Purpose Of Guaranteeing Their Correct Use During The Term Of The Contract.
