The City Of Lloydminster (City) Is Requesting Submissions From Qualified Vendors To Complete The Inspection, Condition Assessment, And Mapping Of Its Raw Water Supply Pipeline That Supplies Water To The Water Treatment Plant (Wtp) From The North Saskatchewan River. The Existing Pipeline Is A 750 Mm Diameter Yellow Jacketed, Cement Lined, Steel Pipe With A Design Capacity Of 694 L/Sec. The City Intends To Undertake Non-Destructive Condition Assessment Of The Raw Water Transmission Pipeline To Better Understand Its Structural Condition, Estimate Remaining Service Life, And Obtain The Information Required To Support Future Maintenance, Rehabilitation, Or Replacement Planning. A Pre-Proposal Meeting Will Be Held On April 23, 2026 @ 2:00:00 Pm M.T. To Discuss Project Parameters And To Take Questions From Potential Vendors. Interested Vendors Can Email The Project Owner Prior To The Meeting To Request The Meeting Invite. The Meeting Will Be Held At The City Of Lloydminster Water Treatment Plant Located At 4701 - 67 St. Attendance By Vendors At This Meeting Is Not Mandatory But Is Encouraged.
