1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Ul. Kolejowa In Grabów Nad Prosną (Plot No. 420/4, 420/3 R. Grabów Nad Prosną), On The Basis Of The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Swz. 2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Street Surface. Kolejowa In Grabowo Nad Prosną, Including: 1) Measurement Works, 2) Milling Of The Existing Road Surface, 3) Construction Of New Rainwater Inlets, 4) Construction Of A New Road Surface, 5) Vertical Adjustment Of Street Manholes, 6) Adaptation Of Existing Exits, 7) Construction Of A Raised Pedestrian Crossing, 8) Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, 9) Performance Of All Works And Activities Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, 10) Full Surveying Services For The Works Being Carried Out, 11) All Repairs Of Above-Ground And Underground Equipment Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 12) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Commissioning, Etc. 13) Ensuring Safety On The Construction Site And Around It And Construction Insurance, 14) Notifying Residents And Relevant Authorities About The Commencement Of The Works, 15) Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or Specifications Order.Note: The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works On His Own And At His Own Expense.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Maintain The Construction Site, Prepare A Bioz Plan, Organize The Construction Site, Organize Road Traffic, Provide Surveying Services, Restore Geodetic Signs In The Event Of Their Destruction, Damage Or Displacement During The Works, Perform All Research And Tests, Restore The Area And Surfaces Adjacent To The Facility To Their Previous Condition And Other Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires A Site Visit To The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are To Be Carried Out.4.
