(According To The Industry Technical Design)  Construction Of A Cold Water Installation (According To The Industry Technical Design)  Construction Of The Sewage System (According To The Industry Technical Design)  Construction Of A Mechanical Installation With Heat Recovery And Gravity (According To The Industry Technical Design)  Construction Of A Section Of The Water Supply Network With A Hydrant And Water And Sewage Connections. According To A Separate Study  Execution Of An External Lighting Installation (According To An Industry Technical Design)  Construction Of A Pv Installation On The Roof With An Energy Storage Facility (According To An Industry Technical Design)3. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes: Obtaining Positive Opinions From The State Fire Service And The State Sanitary Inspectorate Regarding The Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation And Meeting Fire Protection Requirements, Occupational Health And Safety Conditions And Hygiene And Health Requirements. Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of The Granted Power Of Attorney, An Occupancy Permit No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Final Acceptance Or Effective Notification Of The District Construction Supervision Inspector On The Completion Of Construction (If Will Be Required). Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building. The Contractor Should Take This Into Account Both When Preparing The Offer And When Implementing The Works. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Works Specify In Detail:1.
