The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Scope In The Ordinary Mode - Based On The Ordering Partys Indications, Resulting From His Needs According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, And In The Emergency Mode, Within The Following Dates: 1) Commencement Of The Commissioned Works In The Ordinary Mode Will Take Place On The Date Declared By The Contractor In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Submitting The Order To The Contractor.
