1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Involving The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 121153 E At Km 0+000÷0+394.20 In Józefów And Rogów, Commune. Rogów Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And This Description.2. Scope Of Works: As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Is Planned To Reconstruct The Existing Road To A Width Of 5.00 M, With The Exception Of The Chainage 0+063.80÷0+083.30, Where The Road Will Be Narrowed To 3.50 M, Resulting From The Existing Buildings Located In The Road. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Surface Structure Adapted To The Kr1-2 Traffic Category And The Shaping Of The Road With Traffic Lanes 2.50 M Wide Each. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Construction Of Hardened Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide And 12 Cm Thick, With A Transverse Slope Of 6%. It Is Also Planned To Desilt The Existing Roadside Grass Moguls In Order To Improve Road Drainage. As Part Of The Order, The Existing Ground Exits Located In The Road Should Be Reconstructed By Hardening Them With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm, With A Layer Thickness Of 15 Cm, After Previously Making A Trough. In Order To Adjust The Height Of The Existing Hardened Prefabricated Concrete Exits To The Designed Road Grade, The Necessary Re-Paving Should Be Made With A Width Of Up To 1.50 M And A Length Corresponding To The Existing Exits. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of A Sidewalk 11.00 M Long And 1.50 M Wide, Constituting A Connection With The Existing Sidewalk Within The Railway Crossing. In Terms Of Drainage, It Is Planned To Construct A 9.50 M Long Culvert, Located In Within The Intersection With The Municipal Road (Ul. Leśna), Ended With Front Walls On Both Sides. In Addition, The Existing Drainage Devices Should Be Cleaned And Desilted. As Part Of The Order, The Order Should Also Include The Replacement Of 2 Above-Ground Hydrants, 16 Valves On Water Supply Connections To The Property And 3 Linear Valves On The Existing Water Supply, As Well As The Height Adjustment Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, Including Water Supply Gate Valve Boxes, Sanitary Sewage Manhole Covers And Telecommunications Wells, Adapting Them Elevations To The Designed Road Grade, Roadsides And Exits. Gate Valve Boxes Should Be Placed On Prefabricated Concrete Elements, And If They Are Located On Roadsides Or Exits With An Aggregate Surface, They Should Be Additionally Protected Against Damage By Using Concrete Elements At The Surface Level. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Location Of The Devices With The Network Operators And To Report The Adjustments Made To The Relevant Operators For Acceptance.3.
