The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With A Summary Of Costs And The Development Of A Draft Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz) For The Task Of Building A Combined Heat And Power Plant Using Alternative Fuels And Biomass - A New Energy Source For The Ostrów Energy Market In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law. The Functional-Utility Program (Ffu) Should Be Developed In Consultation With The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional-Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) For The Selection Of The Contractor For The Investment Task In Question. Estimated Investment Implementation Costs Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 34 Of The Public Procurement Law. As Part Of The Development Of The Functional And Utility Program, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, For Consultation With The Ordering Party, First Of All, A Proposal Of Technical And Technological Solutions For The Requirements Of A Complete Thermal Installation And Variants For Individual Technical And Technological Solutions, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Regularly Agree With The Ordering Party On The Adopted Design And Technological Solutions, Which Should Take Into Account In Particular The Principles Of Expediency, Rationality And Economy Of Spending Public Funds Used To Carry Out Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation. After 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Preliminary Pfu Concept For Further Arrangements With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare, Within 3 Business Days Of Receiving An E-Mailed Inquiry From The Ordering Party, Substantive Explanations For The Developed Documents Specified For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment Task Specified In Section 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Actively Participate In The Process Of Selecting A Contractor For The Construction Of A Heat And Power Plant Using Alternative Fuels And Biomass - A New Energy Source For The Ostrów Energy Market By Developing Draft Responses To Inquiries Submitted By Contractors At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure. The Contractor Undertakes To Respond To The Questions Received Within 2 Business Days Of Receiving The Inquiry Sent By E-Mail.
