1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of District Road No. 1500E On The Dworszowice Pakoszowe - Ostrołęka Section In The Design And Build Formula. It Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, Performing Construction Works And Putting The Facility Into Operation. 1.1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: • Develop Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Execution Of The Order • Prepare Construction And Executive Designs, • Prepare Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Develop And Implement A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, • Develop And Implement A Target Traffic Organization Project, • Agree On The Designs With The Ordering Party, • Prepare And Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For Approval By The Ordering Party, • Obtain All Other Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Along With Covering The Costs Related To Them Obtaining;• Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Notifying The Completion Of Construction,• Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation,• Surveying Services For The Investment.1.2. The Design Part Of The Task Includes: • Developing A Dc Map. Design,• Development Of Division Designs For Widening The Road,• Preparation Of A Construction, Technical And Executive Design,• Agreement Of Designs With The Ordering Party,• Obtaining An Environmental Decision,• Obtaining A Water Permit (If Required),• Preparation And Approval Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Design,• Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,• Obtaining Technical Conditions For Removing Possible Collisions Or Securing The Existing Ground And Underground Infrastructure From The Relevant Network Operators And Agreeing On Solutions With Them Design, • Obtaining All Other Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Project Along With Covering The Costs Associated With Obtaining Them, • Obtaining A Zrid Decision.1.3. The Execution Part Of The Task Includes: • Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Securing The Construction Site, • Demolition Of Existing Road Elements, Such As The Road, Sidewalks, Curbs, • Cutting Down Trees And Grubbing Up Stumps, • Securing Existing Trees That Are Not Subject To Cutting Down During Construction, • Construction Of A New Road Structure, Sidewalks, Exits, • Implementation Of A New Traffic Organization, • Compensatory Plantings (If Required), • Solving Any Possible Conflicts With The Existing Ones Underground And Aboveground Utility Networks.1.4.
