The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works For Internal Sanitary Installations Along With Cleaning Works. The Scope Of Work Includes: Sanitary Installation Works, I.E. Water And Sewage Installations, Gas Installations, Central Heating Installations, Together With Work Related To The Removal Of Rubble And Other Materials From The Dismantling Site, As Well As Garbage And Waste, Along With Their Removal (Transfer Of This Material For Disposal) And Cleaning Up The Construction Site. The Subject Of The Order Was Determined By Bills Of Quantities, Which Also Constituted Offer Cost Estimates - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented In Buildings Inhabited And Used By Apartment Tenants. The Contractor Must Organize The Work In Such A Way As To Enable The Proper Functioning Of The Building During The Renovation Works And After Their Completion. All Related Costs Are Borne By The Contractor And Must Be Included In The Remuneration Resulting From The Offer. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The City Of Kielce. The Premises Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor For Renovation Successively, Depending On Renovation Needs. Due To The Above, The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Possibly Carry Out Work In Several Premises Simultaneously. On The Day Of Handing Over The Premises For Renovation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Inspector On The Details Regarding The Scope Of Work And Other Matters Related To The Quality Of The Works Performed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Evaluate The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Only Using Materials And Devices Approved For Trading And For General Or Individual Use In Construction, Covered By A Certificate In The Field Of The So-Called Safety Mark Indicating Compliance With The Polish Standard, Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Regulations In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Scope Of Work Performed Will Be Each Time Settled By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An As-Built Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Agreed Unit Prices Included In The Contractors Offer Cost Estimate And The Amount Of Work Actually Performed For Each Premises. Separately. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities In Individual Items Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate, Provided That This Will Not Change The Amount Of The Contractors Maximum Remuneration. If The Ordering Party Commissions The Contractor With A Smaller Scope Of Works Than Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Number Of Works Actually Performed. The Contractor Should Comply With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law And, As The Owner Of Waste, Handle It In Accordance With The Waste Act.
