1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Street Lighting Between Ratno Dolny And Ścinawka Średnia.1.1. Scope Of Work: 1) Installation Of 40 New Lighting Points: A) 40 Pcs. Of 10.5 M High Spun Pole Poles With A Boom And Prefabricated Foundation, B) 50 Led Street Luminaires (Including 10 Pieces That Need To Be Replaced). 2) The Poles Described Above Must Meet The Requirements Listed Below: A) For Street Lighting, The Following Typical Ones Should Be Used: Spun Pole Poles, Booms, Led Fixtures, B) Lighting Points Should Be Located In Accordance With The Land Development Design, C) Street Lighting Support Structures And Booms Must Meet, First Of All, All Provisions Of Applicable Standards In Terms Of Required Strength Due To The Wind Zone Occurring In A Given Area, D) An Overhead Fuse Must Be Installed On The Pole For Each Fixture, With Fuse Bases Adapted To Fuse Links, E) A Rating Plate With The Given Type Must Be Placed On The Pole Pole, Production Date, Manufacturers Name And Warning Plate, F) Pole Elements Should Be Straight Within The Permissible Deviations Given In The Relevant Standard, G) Welds Must Not Show Cracks, And Holes For Connecting Elements Should Not Have Raised Edges. 3) The Selection Of New Led Luminaires Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Confirms Compliance With The Requirements Of The Current Pn-En 13201 Road Lighting Standard. 4) Providing Fixture Service Throughout The Entire Warranty Period. 5) Disposal Of Dismantled Devices At The Contractors Own Expense And Submission Of An Appropriate Report On The Disposal Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract And Applicable Regulations. 6) Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory For All Light Points, 7) Other Works And Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including, Among Others: A) Marking, Insurance And Securing The Taken Over Construction Site For The Duration Of The Works, B) Organization Of Construction Facilities, C) Organization Of Access Routes To The Property During The Works, Along With Obtaining Consent To Enter The Private Plots, D) Preparation Of Full As-Built Documentation With Any Changes Introduced During The Works Works In Paper And Electronic Versions (Pdf Format) And Editable Versions (In .Dwg Format), E) Current Removal Of Unusable Materials From The Construction Site, F) Performance Of Repair Works On Technical Infrastructure, The Technical Condition Of Which Has Deteriorated As A Result Of The Works, Including Replacement Works. G) The Luminaires Used Must Meet All The Requirements Regarding Technical Parameters Described In The Luminaire Table. The Technical Data Sheet Must Include The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Devices. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Actual State Of Data Provided In The Technical Data Sheet. 8) Lighting Fixtures Must Be Constructed As Outdoor Lighting Fixtures In Accordance With The Descriptions Given Below.
