1. The Designed Facility Is Part Of The Investment Project Titled Renovation Of The Bridge In Ścinawka Średnia At Ul. 3 Maja, No. 800, 856.1.1. The Facility Is Located Along The Municipal Road Ul. 3 Maja In Ścinawka Średnia. The Obstacle Is The Ścinawka River. The Object Is Located At An Angle Of Approximately 90° To The Axis Of The Obstacle. The Structure Was Constructed As A Four-Span Building. The Outer Spans Were Made In The Form Of A Stone Vault, While The Middle Ones Were Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements. Behind The Support On The North Side, The Road Embankment Is Limited By Stone Retaining Walls. There Is No Information Available About Its Foundation, But It Can Be Assumed That It Was Founded Directly. The Facility Probably Does Not Have Transition Plates. The Bridge Has A Bitumen Surface. Balustrades Approximately 1.0 M High Are Installed At The Edges Of The Facility To Protect Pedestrians Against Falling From Heights. No Energy-Consuming Barriers. Gravity Drainage System - No Devices Such As Gullies Or Wells. The Water Was Drained Superficially Using Slopes On The Surface. A Power Line Runs Along The Facility. At Support D, An Electric Pole With A Lantern Is Passed Through An Opening In The Platform. Behind Support A, The Electric Pole Is Located At The Sidewalk And Road Gauge. A Water Supply Network Runs Under The Facility. The Scope Of The Project Does Not Include Interference With The Foundation Of The Existing Bridge. Due To The Design Solutions Used, The Loads Transferred To The Ground Will Be Comparable To The Current Ones. A Reinforced Concrete Band Should Be Made At The Foundations Of The Intermediate Supports. The Supports Of The Existing Bridge Will Be Left In Place. Supports, Retaining Walls, Pillars And Vaulted Spans Should Be Cleaned By Hydro-Sandblasting, Gaps Should Be Filled, And Joints Should Be Filled Using Pressure Injection. The Existing Structure Consists Of Four Spans And An Embankment In The Retaining Walls. The Middle Spans Are Made Of Prefabricated Beams, The Outer Spans Are Made Of Stone Vaults. Two Middle Spans Were Qualified For Replacement. The Edge Spans And The Embankment In The Retaining Walls Will Be Strengthened. The Replaced Load-Bearing Structure Of The Structure Was Designed As A Two-Span, Continuous Structure. The Cross-Section Was Designed As A Slab-Beam Structure, Composed Of Steel Beams (Heb Rolled Profile, 400 Mm High) Connected With A Reinforced Concrete Slab With A Thickness Of Min. 0.24 M. There Are 6 Beams In The Cross-Section. In The Supporting Cross-Section, The Beams Are Monolithically Connected To A Reinforced Concrete Cross-Section Supported By Neoprene Bearings On The Above-Mentioned Foundation. A Reinforced Concrete Slab Was Designed Above The Vaulted Spans And Retaining Walls, Constituting A Continuation Of The Cross-Section From The Central Part.
