The Subject Of The Order Is To Improve The Quality Of Public Transport Through The Construction Of Transfer Centers And Parking Lots In The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Construction Of The Transfer Center In Radków, Divided Into Parts.1.1. Scope Of The Task: Construction Of Three Sections Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path In The Radków Commune. There Will Be 1,861 Km Of A New Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Which Will Improve The Mobility Of Residents And Will Constitute An Element Of Clean Urban Transport Infrastructure, Reducing The Pressure Of Car Traffic On The Environment. The Route Will Lead From The Transfer Center (Construction Planned In 2026) To The Radkowski Reservoir Area. The Paths Will Run On Plots: No. 387/7, No. 387/9, No. 780, No. 971/5, No. 971/6 District 0001 Radków (Section From The Station In Radków To The Stone Processing Plant); No. 866, No. 864/3, No. 861/4, No. 413/4, District 0001 Radków (Section From Ul. Rekreacyjna Towards The Zalew In Radków); No. 387/7, No. 387/10, No. 499, Precinct 0001 Radków (Section From Ul. Kolejowa To The Railway Station Building In Radków). The Surface Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes Will Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. The Route Will Also Be Marked And Additional Infrastructure Will Include, Among Others: Two Rest Areas For Cyclists And Energy-Saving Lighting.1.1.1. Description Of The Section Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path In The Trace Of The Former Railway Track From The Station In Radków To The Stone Processing Plant: The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A New Path With An Asphalt Concrete Surface In The Trace Of The Former Railway Track. It Will Be 1,546 Km Long And 3 M Wide, And Will Be Limited By Roadsides. The Communication Route Will Have A Cross-Section With A One-Sided Transverse Slope. The End Of The Path Will Be Included In The Communication System In The Area Of Kamienna Street In Radków. The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Will Run Parallel To Ul. T. Kościuszki And Ul. Jagiellońska In Radków (Provincial Road No. 387). The Walking And Cycling Path Will Follow The Former Railway Track. The Preparatory Work Will Include Measuring Works, Clearing Bushes And Cutting Down Volunteer Trees, Earthworks And Drainage Works. As Part Of The Finishing Works, Fences Will Be Made Of Railings. As Part Of The Accompanying Infrastructure, It Is Planned To Create A Rest Area For Cyclists, Including: With Benches, Waste Bins And A Repair Point For Cyclists.1.1.2. Description Of The Section Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path From Ul. Recreational In Radków To The Zalew In Radków: The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A New Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With An Asphalt Concrete Surface In Place Of The Local Pedestrian Path. It Will Be 0.165 Km Long And 3 M Wide, And Will Be Limited By Roadsides. The Communication Route Will Have A Cross-Section With A One-Sided Transverse Slope. The End Of The Path Will Join The Communication System In The Area Of Kolonia Leśna Street. The Pedestrian
