Śląska 42, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., Plot Id 086101_1.0010.1333 The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In The Execution Of The Task In The Basic Scope And, Depending On The Available Financial Resources In Relation To The Submitted Offer, In The Optional Scope, Whereby: 1) The Basic Scope Of The Works Includes: In The Scope Of Construction Works, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On: Partial Disassembly Of The Roof Covering, Including Disassembly Of Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Removal Of Battens, Counter-Battens And Worn Or Damaged Wind Insulation, Partial Repair Of The Roof Structure, Renovation Of Chimneys And Installation Of A New Highly Vapor-Permeable Roof Membrane And Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering Together With The Flashings; Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors On The Buildings Facade, Including The Installation Of Automatic Smoke Exhaust Devices And The Implementation Of Facade Plaster, Along With The Reconstruction Of All Existing And Reconstructed Architectural Details; Carrying Out The Necessary Construction And Renovation Works, Including Painting Works After Electrical Works, Renovation Of Door Joinery, Dismantling Of External Steel Stairs And Cleaning And Repair Of External Granite Terrace Stairs; Making A Band Around The Building, Draining Rainwater From The Roof; In Terms Of Electrical Installation, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On: Modernization Of The Facilitys Power Supply, Installation And Connection Of The Main Fire Protection Switch, Installation And Power Supply Of Electrical Switchboards, Installation Of Basic And Emergency Lighting Installations, Installation Of Smoke Exhaust Systems For Staircases And Fire Alarm Systems, Gas Detection And Earthing, Equalization And Lightning Protection Installations; In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On Moving The Gas Riser To The Building, On The Central Heating Installation - Installation Of Shut-Off And Control Valves And Installation Of Radiator Settings; 2) The Optional Scope Includes The Execution And Proper Completion Of Construction Works In The Field Of Electrical Installation, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On: Installation Of Plug Sockets And Power Supply For Other Loads, Implementation Of Lan/Tel And Wifi Networks, Cctv Monitoring Installation, Sswin Installation, And Video Intercom System
