The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment Titled: Reconstruction Of The Facility On The Campus Of The Silesian University Of Technology In Zabrze At Ul. Roosevelta 30, Equipped With A Parking Lot And Teaching Rooms. The Design Documentation Should Include All Studies, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) In Order To Prepare A Tender For The Implementation Of The Investment. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Stages: Stage I - Implementation Of The Concept, Stage Ii - Based On The Approved Concept, Includes The Development Of Technical And Executive Documentation, Support In Conducting The Tender Procedure And Authors Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Works. 2. The Ordering Party Will Enable Interested Contractors To Carry Out A Site Visit. The Contractors On-Site Inspection Is Not Obligatory. 3. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Is Up To 260 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Divided Into: Stage I: - Within 50 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - Presenting The Ordering Party With At Least Three Variants Of The Design Concept Along With 3D Visualizations And Agreeing Them With The Ordering Party; Stage Ii: - Within 90 Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Concept - Developing A Construction Design And Submitting It To The Municipal Office In Zabrze; - Within 260 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Agreement - Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With The Obtained Building Permit. The Ordering Party Provides 65 Days For Obtaining A Building Permit. With Regard To Authors Supervision: At The Request Of The Ordering Party, During The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation In Question. The Contractor Is Bound By Obligations To Perform Authors Supervision For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Attention! For Technical Reasons, The Point Period Of Execution Of The Order Or Framework Agreement Of This Announcement Provides The Longest Deadline For Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With The Obtained Building Permit, Excluding Authors Supervision.
