The Subject Of The Order Is Investors Supervision Of The Construction Of Ul. Bp. Michała Kozala In Gniezno And Ul. Poprzeczna On The Section From Ul. Bluszczowa To Ul. Bp. Michała Kozala. Investor Supervision Over The Construction Of Ul. Bishop Michał Kozal In Gniezno And Ul. Poprzeczna On The Section From Ul. Bluszczowa To Ul. Bishop Michał Kozal Covers The Supervision Of The Road, Electrical, Telecommunications, Water And Sewage And Gas Industries. The Investors Supervision Inspector Indicated In The Offer Is Obliged To Personally Participate In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow This Function To Be Performed In An Exclusively Formal Manner. The Inspector Is Obliged To Be Present On The Construction Site At Least Five Days A Week And Whenever Called By The Employer Or The Contractor, In Particular During The Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing Or Being Covered. The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Undertake Supervisory Activities Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Notification By The Ordering Party. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Act As A Construction Manager Or Works Manager Within The Supervised Investment. The Duties Of The Supervision Inspector Include, In Particular, Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site, Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Participating In The Acceptance Of Partial And Final Works.
