1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization Of A Historic Manor Building That Is Part Of The Manor And Park Complex In Mycielin In The Scope Of Reconstruction, Renovation, Installation Of An Elevator And Adaptation Of The Attic Rooms For Cultural Purposes As Part Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction And Modernization Of A Historic Manor Building That Is Part Of The Manor And Park Complex In Mycielin. Revitalization Aims To Restore Cultural Functions And, Among Others, Educational, Social And Economic. Design Documentation As Well As Construction And Installation Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Fup, The Guidelines Of The Conservator Of Monuments And The Employers Requirements Included In The Swz. 2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Build The Subject Of The Investment, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards, Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.3 The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Containing Construction And Technical Designs Divided Into Industries; B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; C) Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works; D) Revitalization Of The Manor House Based On The Above-Mentioned Studies; E) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; F) Obtaining All Required Tests, Expert Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Certificates Resulting From The Design Documentation And Works Carried Out, As Well As Guidelines For The Bioz Plan. 4 The Manor Building Was Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Item 278/Wlkp/A Of February 3, 2006. The Building Is Part Of A Manor And Park Complex Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Item 278/Wlkp/A Of February 3, 20065. The Functional And Utility Program Describes The Characteristics And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Design And Construction Of The Investment. 6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare All Necessary Design Studies Together With The Necessary Opinions, Guidelines Of The Conservator Of Monuments And Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Or Opinions Of Other Authorities, As Well As Other Documents Required By Specific Regulations, And To Construct (Implement, Among Others: Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works) And Put Into Operation The Planned Investment.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At His Own Expense, Appropriate Protection Of The Existing Equipment And Elements In The Building For The Duration Of The Works.
