Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity With Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The Lubiewo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The Lubiewo Commune.2. The Value Of Demand For Electricity Indicated Below Is An Estimated Value, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, And For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Fees Resulting From The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O.3. The Supply Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43), The Act Of December 28, 2018 Amending The Act On Excise Duty And Certain Other Acts, Implementing Regulations, And In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions Of Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trading (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904), Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), Distribution Network Operation And Maintenance Instructions (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, On The Date Of Commencement Of The Service Provision, A Comprehensive Agreement With The Distribution System Operator To Whose Network The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Connected, Enabling The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For The Facilities Covered By This Order.5. Planned Amount Of Electricity To Be Downloaded: 632 Mwh. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 5 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Photovoltaic Installations Installed On The Following Facilities: A) Firefighters House Ul. Słoneczna In Bysław - Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 4.8 Kw; C) Server Room Ul. Wojska Polskiego 41 In Lubiewo - Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 2.65 Kw; D) Primary School In Bysław - Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49.92 Kw.8.
