1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 102281D Ul. Limanowskiego - Construction Of A Right Turn In Ul. Krzywoustego, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Obtaining Decisions Required By Law, Including Decisions Based On The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid, Which Will Allow The Ordering Party To Start The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of: 1) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Including Construction Designs, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities For All Industries) Along With Obtaining Appropriate Decisions Required By Regulations That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Commence Construction Works On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order; 2) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Tender Procedure Conducted By The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Prepared Construction And Executive Design Documentation And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period;2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 102281D, Ul. Limanowskiego - Construction Of A Right-Turn Into Ul. Krzywoustego Along With Reconstruction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On A Section Of Approximately 100 M To The Intersection With Ul. B. Krzywoustego, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Section Within The Right-Of-Way With The Implementation Of A Right Turn. The Road Is Located On Plot No. 167 Am 35, Plot No. 166/1 Am 35, Oleśnica District, Oleśnica Commune;2) Analysis Of The Needs And Possibilities Of Locating A Bus Bay;3) Carrying Out Geological Tests To Determine The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Road Structure And, Depending On The Results, Adopting Appropriate Design Technology;4) Ensuring Proper Drainage To The Current Condition Of The Road; 5) Possible Reconstruction Of Conflicts With Existing Infrastructure; 6) Traffic Category Kr3; 7) Only Trees That Are Necessary Due To Their Condition Or That Conflict With The Project Should Be Cut Down. Existing Trees Should Be Incorporated Into The Designed Infrastructure. New Areas Should Be Sown With A Mixture Of Lawn Grass Seeds. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Order Documents.
