1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Car, Such As A Flatbed Delivery Van For At Least 3 People, Up To 3.5T Gvw With A Tipper. Delivery Of A Used Car Is Not Allowed.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Model Currently Produced By The Manufacturer, Produced No Earlier Than In 2025. The Delivery Address Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Al. Wojska Polskiego 21, 05-084 Leszno.3. The Delivery Cost Should Be Included In The Price Of The Car.4. Car Body Version: A) Delivery Truck Up To 3.5T Gvw, Minimum 3-Person Cabin, B) Cargo Space - Self-Unloading Box With The Possibility Of Unloading In Three Options - Backward, Left Side, Right Side.5. Due To The Fact That The Vehicle Is Intended For Work In Difficult Terrain And The Expected Intensive Use Of The Tipping Function, Requiring Structural Rigidity, The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle Chassis Have A Full Frame Structure Made Of High-Strength Steel, Based On C-Section Longitudinal Members Connected With Cross Members.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Car At The Time Of Delivery Be Equipped With Tires Appropriate For The Season In Which The Car Will Be Collected. 7. With The Release Of The Car, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Sets Of Keys/Electronic Cards Provided By The Manufacturer, The Owners Manual, Approval Certificate, Warranty Document Issued By The Car Manufacturer, And Vehicle Card.8. At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Car Will Be Filled With At Least 10 Liters Of Fuel.9. The Purchased Car Will Not Have Any Prints Or Advertising Information. 10. The Car Should Be Equipped With All The Elements Required By The Ordering Party During The Factory Assembly Process Or At An Authorized Service Center Before Selling The Vehicle. It Is Not Allowed To Install Third-Party/Unauthorized Accessories In Equipment Elements Described As Factory.11. The Car And Equipment Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of The Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law.
