The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Municipal Waste By The Contractor To The Ordering Party With The Codes 20 03 01, 20 03 07, 20 02 01, 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 08 02 During The Order Execution Period From The Ordering Partys Transfer Station Located In Stegna (82-103) At Ul. Gdańska 2 (Transhipment Station), To The Ordering Partys Plant Located In Tczew (83-110), At Ul. Rokicka5a (Ordering Partys Plant).2. The Estimated Total Number Of Transports (Courses) Will Be Up To 280 Trips. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of At Least 160 Trips (Minimum Scope Of Services). The Above-Mentioned Number Of 280 Trips Is Only Forecast And Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party May Be Reduced, However, Reducing The Number Of Trips Beyond The Minimum Scope Does Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor, Including Withdrawal From The Contract Or Changes To Its Conditions. When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Risk Of Order Fulfillment Only To The Minimum Extent Of The Service. The Length Of The Route For 1 Course (Transport) Is 152 Km.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Vehicles Necessary To Provide The Services And Bears All Costs Related To Their Protection, Maintenance, Operation, Repairs Or Replacement4. Due To The Technical And Organizational Conditions Of The Waste Transfer Station, Waste Collection By The Contractor Is Possible Using Box Trucks, Dump Trucks Or Vehicles With A Moving Floor, With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 40 Mg And With A Loading Space Volume Of Not Less Than 50 M³.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Transports (Trips) In Accordance With The Partial Order Submitted By The Ordering Party In The Form Of An E-Mail. It Is Allowed To Submit An Instruction To Carry Out Transport By Telephone, Provided That Such An Instruction Will Be Confirmed Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Form Of An E-Mail.6. All Vehicles Actually Used To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order Must Meet, Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order, The Requirements Of The Exhaust Emission Standard Not Lower Than Euro 5, Applicable On The Date Of Commencement Of The Order. The Service Will Be Settled On The Basis Of A Variable Net Unit Price For 1 Km Of Transport, Calculated In Accordance With The Formula Specified In The Tor, Including A Fixed Component Indicated In The Offer Of The Contractor Selected As The Most Advantageous And A Variable Fuel Component. The Settlement Is Made Using A Fixed Route Length Of 152 Km For One Full Course. The Fixed Price Component Indicated In The Offer Remains Unchanged Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. Detailed Settlement Rules, Including The Method Of Documenting Transports And Payments, Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
