The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil L-1 For Heating The Buildings Of The Social Welfare Home In Ludzisko, Ludzisko 78, 88-160 Janikowo, According To Pn-C-96024: 2020-12, Intended For Heating Purposes In The Planned Amount Of Up To 13,000 Liters. Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil L-1 Will Take Place From April To June 20262. Cpv Code: 09135100-5 – Heating Oil.3. Heating Oil Must Have The Following Parameters: 1) Calorific Value Not Less Than 42.6 Mj/Kg; 2)Density At 15° C Max. 860 Kg/M3; 3) Ignition Temperature Min. 56°C; 4) Kinematic Viscosity At 20° C Not Higher Than 6.00 Mm2/S; 5) Fractional Composition Up To 250° C Distils Max. 65% (V/V), Up To 350° C Distills Min. 85% (V/V); 6) Pour Point Max. –20°C; 7) Coking Residue (From 10% Of Distillation Residue) Max. 0.3% (M/M); 8) Residue After Incineration Max. 0.01% (M/M); 9) Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.1% (M/M); 10) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg; 11) Solid Impurities Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg; 12) Red Color. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Pumping Of Fuel Oil. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Light Fuel Oil Using Its Own Transport. 5. Light Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered Successively According To Notifications Containing The Date, Quantity And Place Of Delivery, Sent By An Authorized Person From The Social Welfare Home In Ludzisko, Via E-Mail To The Contractors E-Mail Address. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Attach A Copy Of The Quality Certificate For The Delivered Light Fuel Oil.6. The Contractor Must Have A Current Third-Party Liability Insurance Policy, Which Will Cover Claims For Damage Caused By Improper Delivery And Unloading Of Fuel Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 7. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Have A Valid License To Conduct Business Activities In The Field Of Trading In Liquid Fuels, Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended). If The Validity Period Of The Concession Is Shorter Than The Validity Period Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A New Concession To The Ordering Party, No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The Expiry Of The Current Concession, And During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Request.
