1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Eda-Cad Software For Building Electronic Systems, Including The Mathworks Software Package, Network Licenses, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz] - Subject Evidence.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Features Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract In Order To Identify It, In Accordance With The Table In [Appendix No. 1 To The Swz].4. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Meet The Described Requirements. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Minimum Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters - It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 2) The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That They Offer The Solution Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described - It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
