4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Agricultural Equipment As Part Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Zsckr Teaching Base In Okszów Through The Purchase Of New Machines And Devices Equipped With Agriculture 4.0 Solutions Necessary To Provide Education In The Following Professions: Agricultural Mechanization And Agrotronics Technician, Mechanic-Operator Of Agricultural Vehicles And Machines, And Farmer - Tractor Weeder 1 Piece.4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For All Parts Of The Order Includes 1) Delivery Of Brand New Agricultural Equipment (Year Of Production: 2025/2026), Coming From Current Production And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery (Except For Functional Tests Carried Out By The Manufacturer Or Distributor), Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, Together With Their Transport, Unloading, Bringing In (If Applicable), Assembly (If Applicable) And Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (E.G. Maneuvering Yard, Warehouse), 2) Providing, Together With The Order, An Operating Manual For Each Delivered Agricultural Equipment In Polish (If Applicable) In Paper Form, 3) Providing Full Technical And Operational Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical Specifications, Certificates Of Conformity, Certificates Of Approval For Use In Agriculture (If Required). 4) Providing, Along With The Order, Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Necessary Accessories For The Proper Operation Of The Equipment, 5) Conducting Training In The Operation And Operation Of The Delivered Agricultural Equipment For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party, If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Provides For Such A Need (E.G. Operation Of On-Board Computers). 6) The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Insurance Of The Delivered Equipment Are Borne By The Contractor. 7) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Execution Of The Order, Including Its Course, Timeliness, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Requirements And Applicable Law, In Particular Regarding Agricultural Machines And Their Authorization For Use4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Size, Scope, Type And Volume Of Supplies, Warranty And Service Conditions, Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
