Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Dynamic Vapor Sorption Analyzer (Dvs)

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Dynamic Vapor Sorption Analyzer (Dvs), Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Together With The Necessary Software And Equipment.2. Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters And Other Properties Of The Equipment Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 1 Above, As Well As The Type Of Devices, Components And Accessories (Equipment) Constituting The Equipment As Above (So-Called Technical And Scope Description Of The Delivery Item) - Is Provided In Annex No. 2 Swz.3. The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment To The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery), Which Will Be Located In Plewiska Near Poznań. The Specific Address Of The Place Of Equipment Delivery Is Provided In § 3 Section 1 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 7 Swz);2) Preparation For Operation Of The Delivered Equipment At The Delivery Site, Including At Least: Performance Of Appropriate Installation Activities Of Devices, Components And Other Elements; First Start-Up To Demonstrate Correct Operation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment. The Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Included In The Scope Of The Services Referred To Above In This Point And The Method Of Their Performance Are Provided In § 4 Of The Template Agreement;3) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Equipment For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Issue Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Regard Provided In § 6(3) Of The Template Agreement);4) Providing The Ordering Party With The Documents Referred To In § 5(3) Of The Template Agreement; 1 Of The Template Agreement;4. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes The Following Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement, At The Stage After The Equipment Has Been Delivered To The Ordering Party, In Particular Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment.5. Details Of The Benefits Included In Section 3 And 4 Above, The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Other Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Provided In The Contract Template.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts (And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Offers For Part Or Selected Parts Of This Contract) For The Reasons Given In The Annex To The Swz.
