Philippi 451, Commune Of Frutillar, Los Lagos Region, Represented By Claudia Carolina Trillo Molina, Executive Director, Appointed According To Supreme Decree No. 008 Dated January 9, 2020 Of The Government Of Chile And The Ord. 531 Of The Ministry Of Education Dated December 5, 2025, Which Informs Renewal Of Appointment Of Executive Director Of The Local Public Education Service Of Llanquihue To Mrs. Claudia Carolina Trillo Molina. In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law 19,886, Decree 661 That Establishes The Regulations And Its Modifications, The Local Public Education Service Of Llanquihue, Calls For Public Bidding From Natural Or Legal Persons, Companies And Suppliers In The Field, Or Temporary Union Of Suppliers, To Implement Reading Proficiency Evaluations For Students From 1St To 4Th Grade. For The 1St Grade Level, The Measurement Will Be Applied Only Once In The Month Of November. In The Case Of 2Nd, 3Rd And 4Th Grade, Two Annual Measurements Will Be Carried Out In May-June And October-November, Allowing A Precise Diagnosis Of The Level Of Reading Fluency And Comprehension. The Administrative Bases And Their Technical Bases Establish The Conditions That Will Govern The Bidding And The Subsequent Contracting, To Comply With This Objective.
