The Illustrious Municipality Of Rengo, Through Its Cleaning And Decoration Directorate, Requires The Contracting Of The Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Service Of Rainwater Evacuation Siphons Located In Different Urban And Peri-Urban Sectors Of The Commune, With The Purpose Of Restoring Their Operational Capacity, Preventing Obstructions And Reducing Risks Of Flooding In The Road And Pedestrian Infrastructure. The Need For The Service Is Based On The Progressive Accumulation Of Sediments, Sludge, Solid Waste, Plant Material, Earth Drag And Other Obstructive Elements Inside Siphons, Chambers And Associated Ducts, A Condition That Reduces The Hydraulic Capacity Of The Evacuation System And Affects The Normal Runoff Of Rainwater.
