The Subject Of This Tender Is The Electrical Installations (Bkp 230) For The Conversion. The Work Includes In Particular The Dismantling Of Existing Installations As Well As The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of High- And Low-Voltage Systems. The Scope Of Services Includes, Among Other Things: * Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Electrical Installations * Creation Of High-Current Installations * Creation Of Low-Current Installations * Installations For Communication Systems * Provisional Construction Installations During The Construction Period * Functional Checks And Commissioning The Work Is Carried Out In An Existing Building And Partly During Ongoing Operations, Which Is Why Close Coordination With The Construction Management Is Required. The Execution Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Specialist Engineers Tender Documents. The Area To Be Worked On Is Approx. 2000 M². Work Is Scheduled To Begin In August 2026 And Is Expected To Be Completed By November / Early December 2026.
