This Is An Occasional Joint Award Of Contracts In Accordance With Section 4 Vgv And A Cooperation Agreement Between The Cities Of Bonn, Siegburg And The Ahrweiler District. The Award Procedure Is Carried Out By The Federal City Of Bonn Up To The Award Proposal. The Federal City Of Bonn Acts As A Procurement Service Provider For The Vehicles For The City Of Siegburg And The Ahrweiler District.
