The Subject Of The Tender Is Drywall Work In Existing Buildings During Ongoing Hospital Operations. Essentially, The Subject Of The Advertised Services, Which Are Specified In More Detail In The List Of Services, Is: Delivery And Production Of Stud Walls With Cutouts And Openings, Fire Protection Cladding, Ceiling Systems, Fire Protection Ceilings, Additional Profiles, Cladding And Inspection Flaps As Well As The Production Of Openings In Gkb Panel Ceilings In Various Construction Stages. Execution Periods For Partial Services As Follows: Construction Stage 3 (Approx. 80% Of The Service): - Fire Protection Cladding Steel Beams And Stud Walls / Studs + 1-Sided Planking 45 Working Days - Closing Stud Walls 25 Working Days - Suspended Ceilings 40 Working Days Due To The Screed Installation, There Is An Interruption In Assembly Of Three Calendar Weeks Between The Closing Of The Stud Walls And The Installation Of The Suspended Ceilings. Construction Stage 4 (Approx. 20% Of The Performance): - Fire Protection Cladding, Steel Beams And Stud Walls / Studs + 1-Sided Planking 20 Working Days - Closing Stud Walls 10 Working Days - Suspended Ceilings 15 Working Days The Service Provision For Construction Phase 4 Is Delayed By Approx. 8 Months To Construction Phase 3. The Adjacent Components Remain In Operation While The Construction Work Is Being Carried Out. The Execution May Be Interrupted Due To Hospital Operations. Unhindered And Continuous Work Is Therefore Not Guaranteed. By Submitting An Offer, The Bidder Confirms That He Can React Flexibly To This Construction Process And That The Client Will Not Incur Any Additional Costs As A Result.
