Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation And Management Of The Alencéa Aquatic Center. The Alençon Urban Community (Cua), Made Up Of 31 Municipalities For 59,000 Inhabitants, Owns The Alencéa Aquatic Center. Built In 2000, This Facility Is Made Up Of Several Spaces: 2 Sports Pools With 6 Water Lines, A Learning Pool, A 60-Meter Slide, A Fun Pool, A Paddling Pool, A Wellness Area With Two Pools (With Jacuzzi, Sauna And Hammam). The Outdoor Spaces Are Made Up Of An Outdoor Fun Pool And A Paddling Pool. The Cua Has Undertaken Numerous Works Since 2017. Currently, The Aquatic Center Is Partly Closed In Order To Carry Out The Work On The Second Phase, The Description Of Which Is Attached To The Dce. Acceptance Of The Work Is Scheduled For May 2026. The Concessionaire Will Ensure The Operation And Management Of The Equipment According To The Conditions Set Out In The Consultation File. Variants Will Not Be Taken Into Consideration. The Contract Is Part Of A Project/Program Financed By European Union Funds: No. The Contract Takes Effect On January 1, 2027. It Expires On December 31, 2031.
