The Advertised Planning Services Include Basic Services Of The Service Profiles According To Hoai 2021 - Planning Service 1: Object Planning Building (Lph 1 To 9) Plus Special Services - Planning Service 2: Specialist Planning Of The Structure (Lph 1 To 6) Plus Special Services The Provisionally Estimated Net Construction Costs Of Cost Groups 300 And 400 According To Din 276 Amount To Approx. Eur 3.5 Million (Kg 300 = Eur 2.4 Million, Kg 400 = Eur 1.1 Million). Calculable Costs Totaling Approximately Eur 4.6 Million (Net) Were Derived From This (Buildings And Interiors = Approximately Eur 3.2 Million, Structural Planning = Eur 1.4 Million). The Planning Services Are Awarded In Stages. Service Phases 1 To 4 Are Commissioned First. The Commissioning Of The Further Service Phases Depends On The Planning Results, The Approval Of Funding, The Existence Of The Necessary Committee Resolutions And Any Official Approvals. There Is No Entitlement To This Further Order; The Request Is Made By The Client. In The Event Of A Call, The Provision Of The Service Is Mandatory.
