The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services For Outdoor Areas Located On The Premises Of The Ogrodowa Local Residents Service Complex, The Real Estate Management Plant In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: • Provide Cleaning Services To At Least 10 People Employed In A Maximum Of 5 Full-Time Jobs. • Had Two People Acting As Work Coordinators. • Had A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Business Activity, With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 724,000.00 Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract. In The Event Of Obtaining An Order For More Than One Part Of The Order Regarding Outdoor Cleaning Services (Tzom Koło, And/Or Tzom Młynów, And/Or Tzom Nowolipki, And/Or Tzom Ogrodowa), The Contractor Cannot Indicate The Same Persons Employed To Perform The Contract For Different Parts Of The Order. As Part Of The Contractors Duties: • In The Event Of Sudden Events Requiring The Cleaning Of The Surface, He Will Start Carrying Out The Tasks On The Date/Time Offered In The Offer (See Chapter Xx Point 1 Of The Swz). • Ensure The Presence Of Work Coordinators (Coordinator A And B) In Order To Inspect The Areas, In The Number Offered In The Offer (See Chapter Xx Point 1 Of The Swz). The Inspection Will Be Carried Out On Different Days Of The Week. As Part Of One Inspection, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect One Or More Surfaces And Areas.
