Procurement Must Be Carried Out For All Products Within A Stop Concept, Through A Negotiated Procedure, Where The Concept Can Be Further Developed In Dialogue With The Suppliers Participating In The Negotiation. The Intention Is To Negotiate With The Suppliers About Their Products To Ensure Compatibility With The Hållplatskonceptets Guidelines, But Also To Suit Their Production.
