Telematic Control Means Are Effective Because They Have The Technical Capacity To Achieve Surveillance And Control Of The Prisoners, That Is, Their Custody, While At The Same Time Effectively Helping The Prisoners To Reintegrate, Or In Other Words, To Return To A Socio-Familial Environment With The Necessary Social Skills. Basically, These Means Of Remote Surveillance Are Integrated Technology Mechanisms That, By Attaching Them To The Subject Or Verifying Some Intrinsic And Unequivocal Characteristic Of The Subject, Allow Them To Verify Their Subjection To The Pre-Established Conditions Of Permanence In A Specific Place At A Specific Time. To Do This, They Combine Different Technologies And Elements That Allow Us To Achieve This Goal.
