The Client Undertakes To Commission At Least Service Phases 1-5, If And To The Extent That The Project Is Implemented. The Client Intends To Commission The Work In Stages. The Order Includes The Services Of Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai (Fee Zone Iii In Accordance With Section 35 Hoai) In Stages, Initially 1St Stage: Service Phases 1 To 3, Then Optionally Level 2: Service Phases 4 To 8 And Optionally Level 3: Service Phase 9 In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai. There Is No Entitlement To The Commissioning Of All Service Phases.
