Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture. The New Care Center Building Includes 113 Nursing Places, 15 Day Care Places, A Production Kitchen And A Multifunctional And Lounge Area With A Cafeteria. The Building Will Be Constructed As A 5-Story Structure Without A Basement. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Initial Furnishing Of The Care Center With Furniture. The Delivery/Assembly Of The Loose And Fixed Furniture Can Only Take Place After The Building Has Been Accepted And Handed Over To The Client (Probably From The End Of July 2026). Delivery And Assembly Must Take Place Within A Period Of 20 Calendar Days After Prior Notice. The Clients Advance Notice Is Given To The Contractor 12 Working Days Before The Required Delivery/Assembly. Reference Is Also Made To The Tender Documents.
