The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The His, Ris And Pacs Systems Used By The Ordering Party (Cgm Clininet His, Opencare) With The Edm Module And The Ris/Pacs Module - Pui Cez, Including The Implementation Of Integration Solutions, Which Is Part Of The Activities Undertaken By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Financed From Kpo Funds. Should Be: 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Expansion Of The His System (Cgm Clininet His) Used By The Ordering Party With The Edm Module And The Ris And Pacs Systems (Cgm Clininet His Or Opencare) With The Ris/Pacs Module - Pui Cez, Including The Implementation Of Integration Solutions, Which Is Part Of The Activities Undertaken By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Financed From Kpo Funds. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Opz (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Annex No. 2 To The Swz). The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is 80 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Provision Of Services, Quality Guarantee And Service Support Will Last For A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Polish.
