The repair and maintenance / renovation work of office building of the office of the chief engineering advisor, chairman Federal flood Commission (O/o CEA/CFFC), Ministry of Water Resources, Plot No.6, Ataturk Avenue, Sector G-5/, Islamabad; including but not limited to: -1.Roof repairs2.Floor repairs 3.Polishing4.Wall repairs 5.Courtyard repairs 6.Tile fixation works 7.Washroom works8.Plaster works9.Distemper/paint works10.Roof drain piping works11.Rock wall repair and works 12.Buffering of tiles/ chips13.Electric repairs including wiring, ducting, etc.14.Plumbing works including replacement of pipes, treatment of leakages etc.15.And any other day to day need based repair and maintenance operations which fall under the ambit of Repair and Maintenance of the office building.
