Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Railways And Other Equipment – Raakapuun Kuormausalueen Hoito Pesiökylä, 07/2026 - 2030. The Contract Is A Unit Price Total Contract (Ku). Unit Price Maintenance Service Contract For The Maintenance Of The Road, Loading And Turning Areas Of The Raw Wood Loading Area Of Pesiökylä For The Period 07/2026-2030. Maintenance Of The Loading Area Includes Winter And Summer Maintenance Of The Road, Loading And Turning Areas. Winter Care Includes Snow And Slush Removal, Snow Removal, Anti-Slippery Control, Snow Removal, Removal Of Trees Left In The Loading Area And Thawing Of Frozen Drums. Summer Maintenance Includes Leveling Gravel Surfaces, Dusting Gravel Surfaces, Adding Crushed Stone, Patching Paved Roads And Areas, Cleaning Ditches, Care And Maintenance Of Rainwater Systems And Culverts, Removal Of Trees Left In The Loading Area, Transport Out Of The Park And Removal Of Material Left In The Loading Area And Belonging To The Landfill. Some Of The Tasks Will Be Carried Out Separately Upon Agreement, As Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender.
