Other Information The Project will be implemented in three stages, as follows: - Stage I construction of a public underground garage with associated above-ground parts (two covered vehicle and pedestrian entrances and three covered evacuation staircases). Construction of a transformer station within a facility owned by the Contracting Authority - Stage II construction of sports facilities, - Stage III installation of equipment in the transformer station. The investment is expected to include the construction of an underground public parking facility with approximately 860 parking spaces, including spaces for persons with reduced mobility, together with associated access structures and supporting infrastructure. The broader site development is planned to be implemented in multiple stages, however, the financing under the present Project is expected to be focused on the underground parking facility and related infrastructure. The Borrower will organise a procedure of Early Market Engagement (EME) in April 2026 in order to ensure a worldwide information for the interested markets, including collection of the best practices/methods for contracting of the works concerned. Contracts shall be subject to the Banks Procurement Policies and Rules and open for participation of companies from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
