Purpose Of The Tender The Aim Of The Municipality Of Rijssen-Holten As The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As: Client) Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Through The European Public Tender For The Supply And Installation Of Playground Equipment For 40 Playgrounds In The Public Space Within The Municipal Boundaries Of Rijssen-Holten, Including 12 Months* Maintenance And Including 10 Years Of Supply Of Related Parts, But Excluding Work On The Subsurface. Citizen Participation And Sustainability Are A Crucial Part Of This Assignment. *) Within These 12 Months, All Imperfections In The Work Must Be Immediately Repaired At The Expense Of The Intended Contractor, Including The Associated Inspections. Scope The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Supplying Playground Equipment; - Installing Playground Equipment; - Supplying (Loose) Parts Of/For The Playground Equipment; - Complete Care Throughout The Entire Process From Design To Realization, In Which The Neighborhood Participates; - Maintenance Period For The Playgrounds Of 12 Months. - Including 10 Years Of Supply Of Related Parts* *) Only Supplying Parts That Are Necessary For (The Maintenance Of) Approved Playgrounds. The Maintenance Is Carried Out By The Client. Participation Within The Frameworks (Including The Play Vision And The Implementation Program) Drawn Up By The Client, The Design Per Play Area Is Determined Together With Residents In The Area And Other Stakeholders. Participation Is Included As Award Criteria In The Tender. Sustainability The Client Has Ambitions In The Field Of Sustainability And Circularity And Therefore Takes These Into Account As Award Criteria When Awarding This Contract. Tenderers Can Distinguish Themselves By Indicating The Extent To Which They See And Exploit Opportunities In These Themes Within This Assignment. Outside The Scope Of The Framework Agreement All Further Work Falls Outside The Scope Of The Framework Agreement, Including, For Example, The Removal And Processing Of Old Playground Equipment, Maintenance Work And The Installation Of Impact-Absorbing Surfaces. These Activities Are Carried Out By The Client Under Its Own Management. Please Note: The Surfaces On Which The Playground Equipment Is Placed Are Natural Grass Or Impact-Absorbing Sand. Delivery Of Natural Grass Or Impact-Absorbing Sand Is Also Outside The Scope Of This Agreement. Duration Of The Framework Agreement The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Maximum Period Of Four (4) Years. The Expected Start Date Of The Framework Agreement Is 29-06-2026 With A Fixed Term Of Two (2) Years Up To And Including 28-06-2028, With The Option To Unilaterally (By The Contracting Authority) Extend The Framework Agreement By Two (2) Times One (1) Year Up To A Maximum Of 28-06-2030. If The Contracting Authority Makes Use Of This Extension, It Will Notify This In Writing No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The Expiry Date.
